Did you know Pendleton Medical Centre have a dedicated community connector? They can support you with non-medical, lifestyle, and social needs.
Your community connector will take time to understand what matters to you. They can help you find local support and activities that are right for you. This may include:
- Social and creative activities
- Support to be more active and move more
- Connecting with people who share similar interests or experiences
- Learning new skills or preparing for work at your own pace
- Volunteering opportunities
- Other local services to support your health and wellbeing
